To earn distinction of a gold competency, organisations must demonstrate best-in-class and consistent capabilities and commitment within a specific business solution. Achieving a Gold competency demonstrates your market leading skills to customers and other partners. Gold resellers are responsible for managing the sales process, offering the first level support services and implementing the solution.
