Board of Directors

 

The ComOps Board of Directors is responsible for the corporate governance of the Company including the direction and oversight of the Company's business on behalf of shareholders. Responsibility for the formulation of strategy and management of the day to day operations rests with the Managing Director.

Policy and other functions of the board include:
Approving goals, strategy and plans for the Company's direction formulated by management and monitoring their implementation; receiving and approving management recommendations such as for capital expenditiure and monitoring the Company's performance; meeting statutory, regulatory and reporting requirements.

Geoffrey C Wild AM
(Non-executive Chairman)
Geoffrey Wild AM is chairman of WPP Holdings (Australia) including related entities. He is also a director of VRI BioMedical Limited, Ibisworld Business Information, Arab Bank Australia and the PGA (Professional Golf Association). He has previously been vice president and a director of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Bid Company and the chairman of the NSW Tourism Commission. He is chairman of the Company's audit committee.

 


Richard E Bradley
(Managing Director)
Richard Bradley founded ComOps in 1972 and has been involved in all aspects of the Company's development. He has had extensive business dealings with the industry's leading hardware suppliers over a 33 year period including IBM, Hewlett Packard and Compaq (formerly Digital Corporation). He has held a number of positions on advisory boards, including chairman of Hewlett-Packard's Channel Partners and a member of IBM's Partners and UTS Business School. His prior and current directorships include a number of private and unlisted public companies.

  

Marcus Cake (Non-executive Director)
Marcus Cake is an Australian Corporate Finance Executive with Origin Capital Group and has 14 years of experience as a venture capitalist, technology investment banker and software entrepreneur. Previously, Marcus has been a CEO of an internet financial services start-up in Europe, Managing Director of an Australian early stage technology venture capital fund and an M&A executive at Deutsche Bank Technology Group and Newport Capital. Marcus was also Chairman of Orderware Solutions, a New Zealand Supply Chain software company from 2001 to 2009. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration and studied a Bachelor of Laws degree (partially complete). Marcus has acquired specialist knowledge in international tax, advanced corporate law and mining and energy law and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

 


Stuart Clark
(Financial Director)
Stuart Clark is ComOps' Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and a member of the ComOps Board. With 20 years commercial finance and management experience as well as seasoned capabilities in HR, project and change management he brings strong operational skills to the ComOps team.
Stuart has held CFO roles for both public and private companies including nudie Foods, Global Television, Hoyts and The Walt Disney Company. Stuart holds a B.Com and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
