Manager - Sales
Location: Pune, India

Job description:

We currently require candidates who are able to attend a face to face interview in Pune, India. All candidates must hold a valid Indian passport.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • The complete Sales cycle and client development
  • Developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies for penetrating domestic (Indian) markets
  • Indentifying the drivers and segments of the marketplace and position the company and its offerings
  • Developing business/sales presentations and value propositions
  • Formulating plans for penetration in new territory and integrate them with the company's business strategies
  • Understanding target customer organisations' underlying business pains, propose the appropriate solutions and win business through Value Selling
  • Utilising company tools to generate, manage and monitor the Sales Pipeline effectively
  • Working with the Marketing team to create and help execute marketing plans for Lead and Need generation in the territory
  • Achieving revenue targets
Prerequisites:
  • Education - MBA
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in India
  • Proven track record of successful 'Hunting" and acquiring new customers
  • Self-driven and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the domestic market and in-depth understanding of IT and current trends are a must
  • Hands-on experience in product and licence sales in Business IntelligenceI/ERP/eContent/Workforce Management/Mobile Sales Force Automation
  • Must have 2 years of new sales experience in the Indian market
  • Strong contacts with C level decision makers
  • Willing to travel all over India for client meetings
  • Minimum 4 years business experience
  • Maximum 6 years business experience
